Terms and refunds

Updated September 30, 2026. These terms describe APWICO, an online resume-building service operated from Texas, United States. Contact support@apwico.com for help.

The service

You can create and edit resumes and use the account, job-search, Match Analysis and job-specific resume features shown as available in the app. Free and Pro limits are displayed before the relevant action. A feature described as coming soon is not included in a purchase unless checkout expressly offers it. APWICO is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring decisions or passage through an applicant-tracking system.

Your content

You retain your rights to your content. You give us permission to process it as needed to provide the features you request, as described in our privacy notice. Use information you are entitled to provide. Review all suggestions for accuracy and do not claim experience, qualifications or results you do not have.

Free downloads

When generated downloads are available, a signed-in Free account includes three successful PDF or Word document downloads during each fixed 30-day period starting from signup. PDF and Word share that allowance, and unused downloads do not accumulate. A safe retry of the same document request does not use another download, although a new, changed, or different-format request may. The app shows availability and errors before returning a file.

Paid subscriptions

When paid checkout is enabled, a Premium template subscription costs US$1.99 per month for the individually selected template, and Pro costs US$19.99 per month and includes all Premium templates plus the other Pro features listed at checkout. New paid subscriptions are initially offered only in the United States. Each subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. The purchase screen shows the recurring amount and requires your express consent before checkout. Stripe Checkout displays the final amount and any provider-presented tax or conversion detail before payment; tax-inclusive pricing and invoice availability are not promised.

Cancellation and access

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing controls shown in your account. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the billing period already paid for. When an individual Premium-template subscription expires, that design remains available to preview, but new downloads in it require active access; you can instead choose a Free design and use any available Free download allowance. Files already downloaded remain yours. At expiration, the account returns to the applicable Free access. Expiration does not delete your resumes, job history or other account content. We aim to send a reminder three days before renewal and keep durable records of required billing notices, but your cancellation rights do not depend on receiving a reminder.

Existing one-time access

A one-time Pro pass purchased before monthly subscriptions became authoritative remains valid through its recorded paid-through date and does not automatically renew. APWICO will not shorten that already-paid access or convert it into a recurring charge without express consent.

Refunds

Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer rights apply. This does not limit rights relating to unauthorized or duplicate charges, services not supplied, or other remedies required by law. Contact support with the receipt reference and an explanation if something went wrong. Do not send your full card details.

Fair use and reliability

Do not access other users’ information, bypass usage limits, disrupt the service or upload malicious content. Active Pro access applies the paid reasonable-human-use document policy across templates. An individual Premium-template subscription applies that policy only when exporting its selected design; other designs follow their own active entitlement or the Free allowance. Server-side size and abuse protections apply, and no plan promises unlimited downloads. PDF preserves the selected template design. DOCX is an editable content document and does not promise visual fidelity to the selected template. AI may also become unavailable when the service’s spending limit is reached. We may restrict misuse while preserving mandatory consumer rights and access to your own content where practicable.

AI and external websites

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You decide which suggestions to accept. An extension or website integration works only where supported and available; APWICO is not affiliated with LinkedIn or other job websites unless explicitly stated. Do not assume that every job website is supported.

Changes and support

We may improve the service or change future offers. We will not silently enroll you in recurring charges. If a material problem prevents us from supplying a paid service, contact support so we can address it, including remedies required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
